I bought Episode III last night and immediately ripped it and put it on my iPod. Because I could. I doubt I'd ever watch the whole thing that way, but it's nice to know it's there. Concert films and music videos are a natural for the gadget. You don't need to constantly watch it, the sound entertains you enough. But it's cool to look down and see the flickering image.
I'm a little disappointed about the USB 2.0 situation considering that my two year old iMac does not have USB 2.0. So moving files to the iPod takes a considerable amount of time. The new iMac looks nice, but I really don't need it right now.
